We schedule your Site Survey-a short meeting at the property to plan the route for fiber through your property to your home.
Our crews bury the fiber to your home – we trench under landscaping.
A splicer will install a Box (Optical NID) on your home’s exterior.
We will call you to schedule your Service Install Appointment.
Our installers will run the service into your home, and your service is active! These appointments usually run from 1.5 to 3 hours.

The connection to the home phase can take anywhere from 2 months to half a year or more depending upon circumstances. Feel free to call or text at any point for an update.
